This is a membership and sales-focused role at Fernwood Fitness Maroochydore. You will conduct membership consultations, tours and follow-ups, convert enquiries into current memberships, and build genuine relationships with prospective and existing members. There is opportunity for the right person to progress into a Coordinator position as they develop their skills and leadership.
Key responsibilities

- Assist reception and day-to-day club operations
- Help drive membership growth and retention
About you
- Has a strong sales or customer service background
- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Is confident, energetic and commercially minded
- Takes initiative and is motivated by targets and achieving results
- Is passionate about women's health,
fitness and wellbeing
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our team
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness recommended
- Current First Aid & CPR recommended
- Previous sales, customer service or business development experience is highly regarded
