Part time Warehouse & Customer Support Assistant

3 days per week · 4–5 hours per day · Approximately 12–15 hours per week

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised person to join our small team at Boo Beauty Bar.

We create lash and brow products and professional training for beauty businesses. As we grow, we’d love to welcome someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term role with a supportive team.

About the role

You’ll help keep our warehouse and customer service running smoothly- from packing orders with care to answering customer emails and keeping stock organised.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, feels confident using Shopify and can work independently once familiar with our processes. Previous Shopify and warehouse or order-fulfilment experience is preferred.

Your day-to-day tasks

- Picking, packing and labelling customer orders accurately.

- Organising courier pick-ups.

- Responding to customer emails in a friendly, professional manner.

- Checking orders across our Australian stores, resolving routine issues and flagging anything that needs support.

- Checking stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.

- Cleaning the warehouse space

- Keeping shelves, packing supplies and the workspace tidy and organised.

You notice the small details, follow through on tasks and ask questions when something isn’t clear.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely interested in staying and growing with us long-term.

- Can commit to three regular working days each week.

- Has experience with Shopify and warehouse operations or order fulfilment.

- Communicates clearly and kindly with customers and teammates.

- Takes initiative and stays organised without needing constant direction.

- Is comfortable with active work, including standing, packing and moving stock.

- Brings a positive, respectful attitude to the workplace.

Hours & location

This is an on-site, part-time role at our Williamstown warehouse, working three days per week for approximately four to five hours per day. (8am-12 or 1pm)

Regular days and start and finish times will be agreed with the successful applicant.
