We are currently seeking qualified and reliable Traffic Controllers to join our growing team across Northern Tasmania.

You'll work on a variety of civil, construction, and infrastructure projects, helping to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists around active work zones.

✅ What You Need

Current Traffic Control tickets, even if you haven't yet logged your required hours

White Card - mandatory

Current driver's licence and reliable transport - essential

A great attitude and willingness to learn

Availability for early starts and flexible shifts

? Duties Include

Setting up and managing traffic control devices

Directing traffic flow around active worksites

Communicating effectively with site crews, pedestrians, motorists, and the public

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site procedures

Completing required job documentation, including SWMS, pre-starts, and dockets

? To Be Successful, You'll Need

Current Traffic Control (TC1) ticket

TMI1 ticket - preferred, but not essential

White Card (Construction Induction)

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

A strong work ethic and commitment to safety





Ability to work reliably and as part of a team
