About the role

The Caledonian Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Night & Weekend Bar Manager to join our team. You will be confident leading a team, working in a busy hospitality workplace and helping keep the venue running smoothly across nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and supporting the team during night and weekend shifts

- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the venue

- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer enquiries

- Supervising staff and helping maintain a positive, professional workplace

- Opening and closing procedures, cash handling and general venue operations

- Assisting with TAB operations and compliance

- Working closely with senior management to ensure the venue runs smoothly

About you

- Previous experience managing or supervising a team

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Reliable, organised and confident making decisions

- Great customer service skills

- Available to work nights and weekends

- Current RSA and Cellar experience

- TAB experience is highly regarded, however not essential

- Hospitality or venue management experience would be highly regarded
