About the role

ASV Sales and Service Qld Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland selling ASV and XCMG brands. This is a full-time autonomous (remote) position that will play a key role in driving new business growth and strengthening existing customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories

- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients

- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on ASV and XCMG brands and services

- Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to secure new business

- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, ideally within a Construction plant equipment field, however we will consider similar industries such as heavy equipment





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

- Highly motivated, target-driven and resilient, with the ability to work autonomously

- Comfort and confidence in cold calling and generating current leads (B2B) sales

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
