About the role

The Patron Communications Specialist – Digital Content will manage and deliver clear, engaging and customer-focused content across the AO website, app and Digital Map. Working across the business, the role will ensure patrons can easily find the information they need to plan and navigate their AO experience, while amplifying programming and experiences across the precinct to help patrons discover what's on and make the most of their visit.

Key responsibilities

- Own patron-facing content across AO websites, the AO App and Digital Map, covering key visitor information, programs, facilities and experiences.

- Create and maintain accurate, consistent content, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Operations, Experience Design and other stakeholders to validate information.

- Coordinate cross-channel updates and promotion across web, app, Digital Map, social and other channels to amplify key AO programming and experiences.

- Support onsite patron experience, maintaining Capture as the source of truth and contributing to daily programming briefings so staff have accurate information.

- Use audience insights and performance data to optimise content, channel performance and the overall patron experience.

About you

- Digital content expertise – experience structuring information clearly and creating engaging, customer-focused content across websites, apps or digital platforms.

- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills,



with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to coordinate content across multiple channels, including planning and supporting content amplification with Marketing, Social and other teams.

- Confident working with diverse stakeholders, managing competing priorities and delivering to tight deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

- Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal is desirable, alongside exposure in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve how customers find information and engage with digital content.

- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.

- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
