What's the Gig?

You'll work closely with our clients Head Engineer and partner with a Brisbane-based Technical Support Office to support customers, builders, fabricators and project stakeholders throughout the quotation and project lifecycle.

This isn't a call-centre role.





This isn't sitting in a corner pushing paperwork.

This is a hands-on technical position where you'll become the go-to person for advice, support, project follow-up and customer engagement.

You'll be:

✔ Supporting customers with technical product information

✔ Following up designed quotations and helping convert opportunities into orders

✔ Working closely with engineering and sales teams

✔ Building relationships across the construction industry

✔ Helping customers find practical, commercial solutions

✔ Developing the skills and experience needed to move into a future sales-focused position

Who We're Looking For

You're probably someone who:

- Understands structural timber and engineered wood products

- Has experience in frame & truss, detailing, estimating or a related technical role

- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships

- Has a bit of commercial flair and isn't afraid to pick up the phone

- Wants more customer interaction than your current role offers

- Likes the idea of blending technical expertise with sales and business development
