The Corporate team is busy and continuing to grow, creating an opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer with 1–4 years PAE to join an established practice working with well-regarded Partners and a strong client base.

About You
Working across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, the role will include:
- Private and public M&A; transactions
- Corporate advisory and structuring
- Capital raisings and investment transactions
- Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
- General corporate and commercial advisory work
You will work directly with experienced Partners who are known for giving their lawyers good exposure, responsibility and hands-on development.
The team is looking for someone commercially minded, personable and keen to become a key part of the practice as it continues to grow.
