We’re partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is growing their Plant & Equipment function and looking to hire a Coordinator & Manager.

Whether you’re looking to take the next step in your career or already have significant experience managing plant, equipment and fleet within a major construction environment, there are opportunities to suit a range of backgrounds and experience levels.

The Opportunities Depending on your level of experience:

- Coordinating plant, equipment and vehicle movements across multiple projects
- Maintaining accurate asset registers and equipment records
- Organising servicing, repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance
- Managing plant hire, procurement, off-hire and asset disposal
- Liaising with suppliers, hire companies, mechanics and subcontractors
- Monitoring equipment availability, utilisation and operating costs
- Ensuring plant and equipment remains compliant and fit for purpose
- Supporting project and site teams with their equipment requirements
- Managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Providing reporting around fleet performance, utilisation and costs
- For senior-level roles, taking ownership of the overall Plant & Equipment function and leading a team

About You

We’re keen to hear from people with experience across plant, equipment,



fleet or asset management, particularly within construction, electrical, infrastructure or other large-scale project environments.

- Certificate III/IV in Logistics, Administration, or related field (advantageous)
- Trade qualification in Mechanical, Diesel, or Plant related discipline (advantageous)
- Relevant Licenses for Plant Operations & Inspections
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Confidence using scheduling, asset management, or fleet tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities
- Comfortable working across office, workshop, and field environments
