About the role

We are currently looking for two friendly, skilled, and reliable Part-time Medical Receptionists to join our team. Myhealth North Eltham has a friendly and inviting atmosphere providing a high-quality healthcare service to all our patients. The position is offering approximately 10 to 15 hours each per week, with the ability to cover annual leave and sick leave, along with potential shifts in our Urgent Care Clinic.

The person for this role must have commitment, strong dedication, enthusiasm and great communication skills ensuring customer service is to the highest standard, being the first point of contact for our patients.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Position Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Flexible in working hours.

- Be able to cover shifts at short notice.

- Ability to multitask under pressure.

- Willingness to learn and work as a team.





- Strong organisational skills.

- Prior experience with Best Practice Medical software preferred but not essential.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards.

- Strong work ethics.

- Previous medical reception experience preferred but not essential.
