Platypus Shoes Oran Park is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and partner with the Area Manager to grow sales and improve KPIs.
You will coach staff, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail environment.
The role focuses on driving store performance, managing rosters and wage costs, and maintaining high morale through ongoing training and career development opportunities.
This is a full-time, in office position at Oran Park.
