Commercial Property Manager | Temporary | Melbourne North West
Working with a long standing independent agency in Melbourne's North West, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
THE ASSIGNMENT
Ongoing with option to perm
4-5 days per week
$50 to $55 per hour plus super + mileage
Melbourne North West location, onsite
THE PORTFOLIO
Mixed portfolio (approx 100 -Retail/Office/Industrial)
No trust accounting and leasing assistance
THE ROLE
End to end management of the portfolio
Lease renewals and negotiations with both tenants and landlords
Leasing support, with initial appointments handled in-house
Invoice processing and upload for the external trust accounting provider
Month-end reporting
Supporting compliance as it transitions across, working with the compliance manager
YOU WILL NEED
3 -5 years end to end commercial property management experience
Strong working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act ****
Re Leased experience, or a comparable platform
Agent's Representative certificate
Confident negotiator, reliable and versatile
Own car and current driver's licence
Available to start immediately
