We require a motivated and experienced admin superstar to support the Sales, Service and Administration team at our busy steel business in Toowoomba.
This full-time position has a strong focus on customer service, general office administration and delivery allocation tasks.

What you'll be doing
Oversee reception, including managing incoming phone calls, welcome visitors to the store and coordinate customer enquiries
Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations
Manage the creation of purchases orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite
Create and maintain customer and sales documents and reports
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
General office administration and other ad hoc duties to keep our operation running efficiently!
What you'll bring
Experience in office administration, reception or a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, and demonstrated experience using systems
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively interact with your team and build productive working relationships with customers
High level organisational skills, time management and the ability to work to deadlines
Capable of working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Qualified presentation, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to be helpful
Experience in a construction, logistics or heavy industry would be advantageous but not essential
Successful candidates must be able to obtain satisfactory pre-employment checks including employment reference checks and a police check.
