Job Description
1 Wellbeing Day a year - paid day off for a mental reset
Monthly 1:1 coffee meets ups with the Director for support
Office space near Broadbeach Waters for team meetings and support
Clients capped to specific locations to avoid long drive times
Mix of NDIS & Home Care Package (geriatric) clients so you don't have to do reports for every client you see
A service model that focuses on the delivery of the best clinical outcomes with a client centred approach
Structured induction process, including workshgadowing opportunities and a gradual increase of caseload when you start
Tabelt & phone software provided to keep clinican confidentiality
Admin support to take care of bookings and billings
Collaborative, honest and supportive management team
About the Candidate
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therap
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle

Your Role:
You will play an integral role growing and assisting to build a unique team of OT's.
You will be involved with training and supporting junior occupational therapists and nurturing and mentoring OT students, have your opinion heard in business development,



assisting with how you think the templates and protocols should be and involved in hiring to ensure you work with outstanding people to support the vision.
You are expected to keep up to date with current compliance and legislative requirements within the funding bodies and occupational therapy realm.
You will be providing clinical therapy and supporting therapists to provide therapy to clients within various funding bodies, including but not limited to NDIS, DVA, My Aged Care (HCP) & private clients.
