About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to build real relationships directly shapes the experience customers have at one of Queensland's most recognised automotive groups.
Your day-to-day will include:
Guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, from first enquiry to handover, so every interaction leaves a lasting impression
Managing a pipeline of current and follow-up enquiries, giving you genuine ownership over your results and earning potential
Presenting and demonstrating new vehicles in a way that matches each customer's needs, building confidence and trust at every step
Working closely with the finance and management team to deliver complete, seamless purchase experiences
Maintaining accurate records and following up with customers post-sale to grow your personal client base over time
About you:
You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results in a customer-facing environment.
A little more about you:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail or customer service sales gives you a head start
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Negotiation comes naturally to you,



and you understand how to listen before you lead
Targets motivate rather than stress you, and you take pride in hitting them consistently
Strong communication skills mean you're equally comfortable on the phone, over email, or face to face
