HammondCare Hammondville is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our residential team.
You will provide person-centred care and support the care staff in delivering high-quality dementia care, with a focus on creating a home-like environment.
You must hold current AHPRA registration, ideally 2–3 years in aged care, be versatile for varying shifts including nights and weekends, and be comfortable mentoring staff and using LeeCare for clinical documentation.
