Reporting directly to the Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of a residential investment portfolio, delivering a high level of service to property owners and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and tenants
Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
Managing arrears and ensuring matters are followed through promptly
Conducting and coordinating routine inspections as required
Preparing entry and exit documentation
Handling tenancy disputes and QCAT matters when required
Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
Providing proactive updates and advice to property owners
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless client experience

About You
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently take ownership of their portfolio with minimal supervision.
You will ideally have:
Strong experience managing a residential property portfolio
Current QLD Real Estate Registration
Excellent knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislation
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Confidence managing challenging tenancy situations and QCAT matters
Excellent organisation and time‐management skills
A proactive and solutions‐focused approach
The ability to work autonomously from home while remaining connected with the wider team
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
