You'll lead from the front, build capability within the maintenance team and drive ownership of outcomes in a quick-paced environment.
We value hands-on leadership, problem-solving during breakdowns, and collaboration with the Service Centre Manager to shape a proactive maintenance culture.
Weekend overtime may be required.
