You will make a significant contribution to teaching and learning, support student success, and help strengthen Indigenous health education across the curriculum.Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of First Nations curriculum across the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
The role supports ongoing curriculum transformation, promotes culturally safe educational practices, and plays an significant part in advancing health equity and improved outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.This position offers the opportunity to influence the next generation of healthcare professionals while contributing to meaningful educational change in one of Australia's leading medical schools.Y## Research Interests* Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of First Nations curriculum across medicine and health programs* Undertake teaching and curriculum-related academic work supporting the Indigenisation of health curriculum* Collaborate with academic, professional, First Nations and community stakeholders to implement faculty-wide curriculum initiatives* Support the development of culturally safe, strengths-based, and responsive learning experiences and assessment practices* Contribute to capability-building activities, including workshops, resources and staff development in cultural safety and decolonising pedagogies* Assist with coordination, evaluation and continuous improvement of First Nations curriculum activities and scholarly outputs.
