Working within a fast-paced environment, this role
partners with Category Managers
and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercial insights, supplier administration, inventory reporting, operational improvements and strategic project support.
The role provides critical execution capability across multiple categories, helping ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives while improving operational efficiency and enabling the category team to focus on strategic and commercial priorities.
This position is ideally suited to an individual
with experience in retail, category operations, buying support, merchandise planning,



commercial analysis or project coordination
who thrives in an agile, hands-on environment.

Your Responsibilities
Analyse category, salesand inventory datato support reportingand decision-making.
Maintain category reportingacross Lens, ContactLens and Audiology.
Support supplier administration, onboarding and ongoingsupplier activities.
Coordinate product setup, pricing and rangemaintenance.
Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunitiesfor improvement.
Provide day-to-day operational supportto the Categoryteam across OPSM, L&P; andEyeQ.
About You
Experience in retail, category operations, buying, merchandise planning, analysis or projectcoordination.
Stronganalytical and commercialmindset, with confidenceworking with dataand reporting.
Highly organised with the ability to managemultiple priorities anddeadlines.
Strong communication andstakeholder managementskills.
Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
