You will lead a small kitchen team, ensure nutrition and safety standards, and manage stock and ordering.
With a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, you will bring at least two years of experience in large-scale meal production and a solid understanding of dietary needs for older adults.
