You will ensure that data for creditors, accounts payable invoices and standing information is accurately collated, recorded and entered on a daily basis.
This is a part-time, permanent opportunity based at our Head Office in Belmont working

What you'll do:
Ensure that data for creditors is accurately recorded and updated daily
Reconcile creditor statements on a monthly basis
Ensure prompt payment of organisations creditors
Assist with the preparation of credit applications for the organisation
Maintain accurate petty cash records
Ensure that the correct process is followed for cash floats
Assist with month end processes to ensure a timely and accurate month end close
Managing queries both internally and externally in a timely manner
What you'll need:
At least 2 years Accounts Payable experience in a corporate workplace(Desirable)
Knowledge of GST and Tax Invoice requirements




Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy for data entry
Previous experience with Accounting Software (Desirable Microsoft Dynamics GP or equivalent)
