We currently have an excellent opportunity for an inspiring, experienced hospitality professional as part of our leadership team with one of our leading Corporate Clients EY.
This role requires someone with energy, drive and commitment.
We are looking for an operational leader to support the Hospitality Site Manager and help lead the delivery of outstanding events, front of house experiences.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
You know how to create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact
You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it's part of your DNA
You have a minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in either hotel, event operations, front of house services
Understanding of reception and concierge operations
You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure




You've got a passion for service delivery – you can see around corners and teach your teams to do the same
You're willing to take risks, open to learning recent skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams actions
You're open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
You have a hands on approach to operations.
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft office products and POS systems
You are willing to take direction and open to learning new skills.
