We're looking for an experienced
HPC Operations Engineer
to maintain, optimise, and support our Linux-based high-performance computing (HPC) environments that power advanced quantitative research and low-latency trading systems.
What You'll Do
Manage and support large-scale HPC clusters, storage, and networking infrastructure.
Maintain and optimise Lustre/GPFS parallel filesystems, Slurm/Grid Engine schedulers, and RDMA fabrics.
Diagnose and resolve complex operational issues in mission-critical environments.
Automate processes with tools like Ansible, SaltStack,



and scripting in Python, Go, or C.
Collaborate closely with research and trading teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
What We're Looking For
Strong Linux systems administration experience, preferably in HPC or similar environments.
Knowledge of HPC technologies (parallel filesystems, batch schedulers, high-performance networking).
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
