You'll manage inbound inquiries from hospitality venues, understand their objectives and upsell Lightspeed solutions to help them grow.
Responsibilities include guiding customers through upgrade paths, demonstrating Lightspeed products, and driving monthly recurring revenue while building retailer advocacy and solid relationships across the APAC region.
