About the Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred support in SIL and community settings
Assist participants with personal care, daily living and community access activities
Support individuals with complex care needs and challenging behaviours
Promote independence, choice, dignity and social inclusion
Provide emotional and behavioural support to participants
Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting requirements
Work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams
About You
Experience working as a Disability Support Worker in SIL and/or community settings




Confident supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours of concern
Reliable, adaptable and able to work across a variety of shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering person-centred support
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 months recent disability support experience
Experience with:
Challenging behaviours
Manual handling
High personal care support
Epilepsy management
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Willingness to transport participants
Full Australian working rights
Current National Police Check
