Our Burleigh Heads bakery is home to the brands Aussies know and love—Helga's, Wonder White, Praise, MeadowLea, White Wings and more.We're looking for a **Shift Maintenance Fitter** to join our high-performing maintenance team on an **equal-time 12-hour day/night roster**.
This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced, highly automated production workplace—perfect for a mechanically-minded tradesperson who thrives on problem-solving and plant reliability.
**What You'll Be Doing*** Preventative and breakdown maintenance across bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, provers and utilities* Mechanical fault finding, diagnostics and repair of automated plant and equipment (conveyor systems, pneumatics, motor/gearboxes, pumps etc)* Supporting production teams to maximise uptime,



reliability and safety* Identifying and implementing equipment improvement opportunities* Contributing to a positive, team-focused maintenance culture on shift**What You Bring*** Mechanical Fitter/Trade Qualification (mandatory)* Industrial, FMCG or manufacturing maintenance experience* Strong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostics capability* Experience with conveyors, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors* A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong communication skills**Why Join Us?
