You will be responsible for actively hunting and winning new industrial customers, challenging incumbent scrap-metal providers and demonstrating why customers should move to NewCo Metal Recycling.
You will build NewCo's presence throughout Albury-Wodonga, Shepparton, Riverina, North East Victoria and Southern NSW by calling on manufacturers, engineering businesses, fabricators and industrial sites.
You will develop relationships directly with business owners, managers and decision-makers, offer customers competitive scrap pricing and a high level of service, and maintain and grow an existing portfolio of NewCo customers.
Key responsibilities
Actively hunt and win new industrial customers
Challenge incumbent scrap-metal providers and demonstrate why customers should move to NewCo
Build NewCo's presence throughout Albury-Wodonga, Rivierina, Shepparton, North East Victoria and Southern NSW
Call on manufacturers, engineering businesses, fabricators, construction businesses and industrial sites
Develop relationships directly with business owners, managers and decision-makers
Offer customers competitive scrap pricing and a high level of service
Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of NewCo's customers




Regularly visit customers and ensure NewCo remains their preferred scrap-metal provider
Identify opportunities for additional bins, additional material streams and increased collection frequency
Work closely with operations to deliver fast and reliable service
