Warrnambool Auto Group's Nissan, Chery & Kia Showroom is seeking a customer focused Automotive ServiceReceptionist/Conciergeto join our friendly team.
You will be well presented, skilled and proactive, with excellent communication and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
In this role you will answer inbound contacts, process repair orders, quotes, invoices and payments, resolve customer issues quickly, and assist with sales and bookings of service and repairs.
