The role
Lead day‐to‐day site delivery on high‐rise residential towers
Oversee structures, finishes and services across multiple fronts
Manage Foremen, Leading Hands and large trade teams
Drive program, safety, quality and site culture
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project team
Essential experience
Proven high‐rise residential tower experience (non‐negotiable)
General Foreman or Senior Foreman background
Strong understanding of structures and finishes
Confident leading complex, rapid‐paced residential sites
Only candidates with high‐rise residential tower experience will be considered.
