Business Support Officer
to work twodays per week, with Fridays requiredand the secondday negotiable.
You'll provide customer service and administrative assistance across a range of business functions, with on-the-job training and support to help you settle into the role.
This is an prospect to build your skills, work alongside a welcoming team and play an important part in the local delivery of child protection services.

In this role, you will:
Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, minutes and correspondence
Assist with budgeting, expenditure tracking and financial reporting
Process accounts, manage petty cash and complete reconciliations
Arrange servicing and appropriate maintenance of fleet vehicles in line with agency policies
Coordinate office equipment, stationery and office systems.
About you:
You communicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients and stakeholders
You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate, high-quality work
You organise your workload effectively, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
You are confident using Microsoft Office programs and a range of office equipment
You work collaboratively, build positive relationships and adapt well to changing priorities.
