About the Role
Gowings is looking for a CDP to join the team.

What You'll Bring




1-2 years' worth of experience in hotels, restaurants, or bistros.
Solid kitchen experience across the kitchen including the grill, pans and larder.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff and manage a section.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard
Key Accountabilities
Maintain product consistent of all food serviced from the kitchen, following standard recipes and proper portion control across all outlets.
Prepare and present all required menu items with a strong recipe knowledge.
Maintain excellent food storage, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs while upholding professional personal grooming and positive team relationships.
