What You'll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experiences
Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service

Share product knowledge and introduce recent collections
Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain Store Standards
Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards
Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy
Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Support Daily Store Operations
Process transactions accurately through POS systems
Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards
Support product launches and peak trading periods

Full-Time Availability Requirements




This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week
Flexible availability across all 7 days is required
Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency
As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events
Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential
