Manly Harbour Boat Club is a busy multi-outlet venue overlooking the beautiful Manly Harbour Marina, featuring Bayside's only rooftop bar, main bar, beer garden, 300-seat bistro, gaming lounge and function spaces.
We're looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor who loves being on the floor, knows how to lead a team and is passionate about great service and a strong beverage offering.
This is a hands-on role where you can set the pace during busy service, develop our bar team and help us continue lifting the standard across our bars.
Key responsibilities
Lead and motivate the bar team during service
Train and develop new and existing staff
Maintain strong service and presentation standards
Drive speed, efficiency and upselling
Ensure bars are set and ready for service
Support stock control, rotation and minimise wastage
Maintain glassware and stock levels
Oversee bar cleanliness and opening/closing standards




Promote member benefits and beverage offers
Support our rooftop bar and cocktail offering
About you
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender or similar
Experience leading a team in a busy hospitality environment
Strong cocktail and general beverage knowledge
A genuine focus on customer service
The confidence to train and develop less experienced team members
Good organisation and the ability to take ownership
Availability across nights and weekends
Current RSA
Strong cocktail experience will be highly regarded
