Job Description
Mind Australia is seeking a Social Worker to lead and facilitate targeted group programs in the Pakenham area.
You will deliver evidence-based, time-limited therapies within a no-wrong-door mental health framework, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote access to primary care services.
The role requires a tertiary Social Work degree, AASW eligibility, and experience in wellbeing supports with a recovery-oriented approach, with a focus on older people, carers and families.
