Generation Care is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our fully community-based team across the Central Coast, NSW.
You will travel to clients' homes, delivering assessments and personalised treatment plans to support mobility and independence.
Applicants should have AHPRA registration and experience in aged care, community health or NDIS is highly regarded.
Solid communication and the ability to work independently in a mobile role are essential.
