We are a growing recruitment agency based inMelbourne's eastern suburbs, and we're looking for an experiencedRecruitment Consultantto join our team.
This role would suit someone with at least3 years of recruitment experiencewho is confident managing the recruitment process independently and delivering successful placements across multiple vacancies.
About the Role
Taking and understanding client briefs
Talent mapping and proactive candidate sourcing
Screening and interviewing candidates
Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to clients
Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
Offer negotiation and placement
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
About You
Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and successful placements independently




Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Commercially minded with a strong focus on candidate and client experience
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
