3Bridges is seeking an experienced and passionateNominated Supervisorfor afull-time permanentposition, leading our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service atGreen Square Public School.
Located within a large, modern school, this newly established service already supports a vibrant community of125 childrenand continues to grow.
You will have the opportunity totake ownership,shape the service as it develops andbuild a strong culture from the outset.
You will report to an experienced Regional Manager and work alongside a network of Nominated Supervisors and OSHC leaders across 3Bridges.
With practical support, shared learning and strong peer connections, you will be equipped tolead with confidence, mentor educators, build trusted relationships with the school and families, and create an inclusive and engaging setting where children can thrive.
About the Role
Lead the planning and implementation of engaging programs aligned with theMy Time, Our PlaceFramework
Ensure compliance with theNational Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards and legislative requirements
Lead, mentor and support educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Manage staff rosters and educator-to-child ratios and workforce planning
Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community
Oversee risk assessments, excursions and children's medical management requirements
Drive continuous improvement, service quality outcomes and team development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong OSHC leadership capability, relevant qualifications and a commitment to child safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Diploma, Certificate IV or higher qualification in Children's Services, OSHC, Education,



Recreation or a related field
Substantial experience in a leadership role within OSHC, education or children's services
Experience planning, delivering and evaluating programs for school-aged children
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
A commitment to child safety, inclusion and delivering positive outcomes for children and families
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certifications
Current NSW Working With Children Check
