Job Description
Korvest Ltd's EzyStrut division in Western Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the trusted link between wholesalers, distributors and industry customers.
You will handle inbound sales calls, process orders, prepare quotations and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll manage customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy while supporting the sales team and shaping the customer experience.
