Smart Interior Lining & Finishing is looking forexperienced Solid Plasterersto join our growing team.
This full-time role offers the chance to work on both residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality plastering services.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering
Mix and apply plaster and finishing materials
Sand, smooth, and finish plastered surfaces
Repair and patch existing plasterwork
Render exterior walls and moulds
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Operate hand tools (hammers, knives, trowels, floats, scrapers, mixing paddles, plasterer's hawk)
Operate power tools (circular saws, mortar mixers, heavy-duty drills, screwguns, texture machines)
Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction projects
Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations
Requirements




Certificate III in Solid Plastering + Cert IV or Higher in Building & Construction
White Card
Minimum 1 year of solid plastering experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
Physically fit with the stamina for manual labour tasks
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety standards
