Job Description
Randstad is seeking an experiencedInsolvency/AssuranceManager to lead our Assurance and Recoveries team in Wollongong.
You will drive portfolio assurance, asset recovery and loss provisioning, reporting directly to the COO.
You will guide a technical team, shape workflows, and present risk-informed recommendations to leadership, while partnering with Finance, Credit and Sales to close control gaps and improve outcomes.
