CSR Limited is seeking a seasoned, site-based HR Business Partner to support blue-collar workforces across our Brisbane region.
You will partner with site leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions, manage industrial relations, and support Enterprise Agreement activity.
This hands-on role requires regular travel between Brendale, Coopers Plains and Oxley sites, robust relationship-building, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
