The position would suit a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager with approx.12 months of experiencewho is ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and continue developing their career.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 properties
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Handling day-to-day Property Management requirements
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
Managing arrears and tenancy matters
Conducting routine inspections
Liaising with contractors and service providers
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation




Working closely with the leasing team
Providing end-to-end leasing support where required
Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to landlords and tenants
What We're Looking For:
Approximately 12 months of Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage a portfolio independently
Positive understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
Skilled and reliable approach
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
