Job Description
The Salvation Army Wollongong, NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, stock management and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
This permanent full time role focuses on coaching staff and volunteers, maintaining safety standards, building relationships with the local community, and contributing to Salvos community programs.
