Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator who will mentor and support the team, delivering engaging programs aligned to the EYLF and fostering a positive centre culture.
You'll work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, leadingNursery/Toddler/Kindergarten/FloatRoom while guiding staff development.
You'll build strong relationships with children and families, create secure learning environments, and support ongoing quality improvements.
