As aStore Manager / District Manager in Training, you'll lead a high-performing store in Brisbane CBD while partnering closely with the District Manager to support stores across Queensland.
This role is designed to broaden your leadership experience beyond a single store, providing exposure to multi-store operations, talent development, business performance, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do
Lead & Motivate:Coach your team to achieve top performance and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Recruit & Develop:Hire, train, and develop associates, building a strong talent pipeline and a culture of growth.
Drive Results:Execute strategies that achieve sales targets, key performance indicators, and profitability goals.
Create Connections:Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions and exceptional service.
Set the Standard:Ensure outstanding visual merchandising, presentation, and customer experience standards throughout the store.
Manage Rosters:Create and manage efficient schedules that balance customer demand, team engagement, and business needs.
Operational Excellence:Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, compliance,



and store processes to ensure efficient operations.
Analyze & Act:Review store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that drive continuous improvement.
Support Multi-Store Success:Partner with the District Manager to support store performance, operational consistency, and leadership capability across Queensland.
Collaborate Across the District:Work alongside Store Managers and leadership teams to share best practices, support key initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
Develop District Leadership Capability:Gain exposure to district-level responsibilities including talent planning, succession planning, business analysis, and strategic execution.
Prepare for Future District Management:Take part in a structured development pathway designed to build the skills, experience, and commercial acumen required for future District Manager opportunities.
