Job Description
EnerMech is seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand to be based on site in Henderson, WA.
This full time role leads fault-finding and mechanical maintenance, coordinating workshops, yards and operational areas to ensure safe, ready equipment and on-time mobilisation.
You will diagnose mechanical faults, guide trades and contractors, carry out complex maintenance tasks, and ensure certification, inspections and client requirements are met in accordance with the Load Out Plan and site safety standards.
