Job description:
Truflo Pumps is a leading manufacturer of high-performance pumping systems supplying the mining, industrial and infrastructure sectors across Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experiencedWelder / Fabricatorto join our team inBathurst Team.
This is a hands‐on workshop‐based role working on pump systems, pipework and structural components used in demanding mining environments.

What You'll Be Doing
MIG welding onstructural steel, pipework and pump components
Reading and interpretingengineering drawings and welding specifications
Preparing and setting up materials for welding
Aligning, clamping and assembling components prior to welding
Ensuring all welds meetA.S**** standards and company quality requirements
Inspecting welds and identifying defects
Grinding,



finishing and preparing surfaces for coating or painting
Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring a safe work area
Supporting workshop projects and working collaboratively with the fabrication team
Contributing ideas to improve workshop processes and efficiency
What We're Looking For
Proven MIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings
Experience weldingpipe and structural components
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work bothindependently and in a team
Commitment toworkplace safety
Welding certification or trade qualificationadvantageous
TIG welding experience is a bonus
