South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Staff Counsellor to join the Staff Wellbeing & Support Service (Internal EAP).
This 12-month maternity leave cover role provides confidential counselling to staff across the district, focusing on trauma-informed, short-to-medium term support and promoting psychological safety in the workplace.
