About the roleYou'll design and deliver comprehensive case-management services for clients with psychological injuries, working closely with injured workers and veterans to develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
You'll collaborate with key stakeholders including employers, medical professionals, and insurance providers to ensure optimal return-to-work outcomes through addressing physical, psychological, and social recovery factors.
Duties
Designpersonalised rehabilitation programs for psychological injury cases
Delivercase-management services to injured workers and veterans
Collaboratewith employers, doctors, and insurers on recovery plans




Conductassessments and monitor client progress regularly
Providereports and recommendations to stakeholders
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$110,000 Base + Super
